The Society welcomes new members. It is run by two committees:

- Show committee
Each committee is made up of elected members, and is chaired by the Society Chairman.

Hut Duty Volunteers
This is an enjoyable way to spend an hour and a half on a Saturday morning, meet some members and find out what we stock in the hut. It is not a huge commitment, approximately 3 sessions per year.
You will not be asked to do any heavy lifting if you are not fit enough to do so.

Renewing your subscription
At the start of the year the new Handbook is emailed to all previous year’s members.
Membership is for the calendar year (January to December) and gives you access to the trading hut which is open from mid – February to mid –September.
To renew just visit the Garden Society Trading Hut where one of the team will issue you with a receipt, for the current year. If there are any changes to your details please print and complete the renewal form to enable us to update our records.
The Trading Hut is located in the car park of the War Memorial Hall, Sandy Lane, Church Crookham, FLEET. GU52 8LD

The trading hut (fully re-stocked) will be open on Saturdays, 2024, 10am -11.30am – until October 2024
Why not drop in for a chat Saturday mornings and view the range of young plants on sale by members?
