The Society welcomes new members. It is run by two committees:
- Main committee
- Show committee
Each committee is made up of elected members, and is chaired by the Society Chairman.

Annual Subscriptions
As a Not for Profit Society these are deliberately kept low to encourage membership and participation and are currently £5 per person. Do please enrol early in the season at the sales shed and collect your new 2024 membership card, as your receipted membership card must be shown before purchases can be made.

Renewing your subscription
At the start of the year the new Handbook is emailed to all previous year’s members. Membership is for the calendar year (January to December) and gives you access to the trading hut which is open from mid – February to mid –September.
To renew just visit the Garden Society Trading Hut where one of the team will issue you with a receipt, for the current year. If there are any changes to your details please print and complete the renewal form to enable us to update our records.
The Trading Hut is located in the car park of the War Memorial Hall, Sandy Lane, Church Crookham, FLEET. GU52 8LD
