An insight into Gilbert White of Selborne, the18th Century naturalist.

 
You are invited to a talk by David Standing, the retired head gardener about this pioneering English naturalist, ecologist, and ornithologist.
22nd May at 19:30h at the WI hall, Crookham Village.
Gilbert White was a pioneering English naturalist who transformed the way we look at the natural world. His lifelong love and talent for observing and recording nature influenced Charles Darwin, among many others.

Cost: members £3, non members £5. To include tea/coffee/juice with biscuits.
Asusual, there will be a raffle.
